My Profile

Jörg Dehnhardt

As managing director of my translation and interpreting service Jörg Dehnhardt Übersetzungen at Munich Central – ALL LANGUAGES – I was trained in this profession myself at the English Academy of the Munich Translation Institute and graduated with the state exam in interpreting and translations for the English language. I have been member of the Federal Association of Translators and Interpreters (BDÜ) since 1993. Since I am a full-time translator and interpreter myself, I am the perfect contact to give my customers advice regarding any translation or interpreting need.

Professional Experience as Translator

What is more, I studied Business Law at UCLS in Los Angeles/California in 1990 which is why I lived in the US for one year. I have been working as professional interpreter and translator for 20 years now.
All my sworn translators (and myself!) are able to prepare certified translations in their respective languages. German law provides that only sworn and officially registered translators may prepare certified translations with their certification stamps.

The documents translated by me or my translators in my translation and interpreter’s office will be accepted by any authority both within Germany and abroad. (please navigate to Certified Translation for further information).
